  • 1 banana

  • 1 tbsp honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional, for extra fiber)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the ingredients – Start by measuring out your cottage cheese, slicing your banana, and washing your berries.
